B | 从外表看，样板房与一般建筑差别不大，特别之处在于不依赖空调和暖气，室内温度可常年稳定在20至26摄氏度。“被动式超低能耗建筑就像保温瓶，夏天隔热、冬天保温，比传统建筑节能90%以上。”该公司副总经理杨冬明介绍，“会呼吸”的房子应用了10余项专利，采用了许多节能环保“黑科技”。

C | 在公司展厅，李宏利向记者展示了绿色建筑材料的神奇之处。她拿着便携喷火枪，烧灼一块薄薄的白色板材，板材竟无变化、不燃烧。记者用手触摸其背面，也感觉不到发烫。

D | “这是用来制作墙体的轻骨料，防火、保温。”李宏利说，超低能耗建筑还搭配了高性能门窗系统，有效解决房屋夏天不隔热、冬天不隔冷的问题。针对超低能耗建筑气密性高的特点，该公司研发了新风系统，室外空气进入多功能一体机过滤，净化后的新鲜空气被输送到每个房间中。北方地区冬季寒冷，新风系统排出室内空气的同时，能将78%的热量进行回收利用，使房子达到恒温状态，避免了频繁开窗换气、冷风灌入的困扰。时间久了，超低能耗建筑内的空气会不会变差？在密闭样板房内，李宏利拿着手中的空气负氧离子检测仪给出了答案，检测仪上显示负氧离子数为2700个/cm3。
